Purification supervisor
Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in all required production tasks according to
the GMP specification, participated in production operation and site
management;
2. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the
production plan of the purification department; Writing and reviewing department
documents;
3. Assist in completing the equipment maintenance,
instrument calibration, equipment confirmation and process verification in the
purification production area;
4. Assist in completing the quality management activities
related to purification production, such as deviation, change and CAPA;
5. Finish other related work arranged by the superior and
complete the work report as required.
Culture supervisor
Job responsibilities:
1. Perform all required production tasks according to the
GMP specification;
2. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the
production plan of the training department; Write or review the operation
procedures of the department;
3. Assist in the training of equipment maintenance,
instrument calibration, equipment validation and process verification in the
production area;
4. Assist in the training of production related deviations,
changes, CAPA and other quality management activities;
5. Finish other related work arranged by the superior and
complete the work report as required.
Preparation technician
Job responsibilities:
1. According to the specifications of GMP and the
production plan to complete the preparation of the preparation, the preparation
of each regional record,
2. Responsible for reports and records of deviation during
production;
3. Responsible for the maintenance of environmental
sanitation and environment in the preparation area;
4. Assist in verification of regional equipment validation,
cleaning verification, process validation and media simulation filling of the
preparation of the department preparations;
5. Assist the engineering department to complete the
measurement and preventive maintenance of the related equipment;
Process R&D engineer (purification)
Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in research and development and pilot production
tasks in accordance with the requirements for purification process according to
the GMP specification;
2. Preparation of purified buffer and other solutions;
3. Engaged in and completed the on-site cleaning,
disinfection and research and development of the required research and
production areas, and after the pilot production,
4. Accept and train GMP and post skills of the company and
department;
Process R&D engineer (training)
Job responsibilities:
1. Perform all required production tasks according to the
GMP specification;
2. Sterilization operation of shaking bottle cell culture:
cell defrosting, transmission, sampling, counting, etc.;
3. Operation of bioreactor, medium solution and other
solutions;
4. Engaged in and completed the on-site cleaning,
disinfection and post-production cleaning of GMP production areas required;
5. Record the batch records and equipment usage records in
the production operation process;
6. Receive and train GMP and post skills through the company and department;
