Quality research engineer (microbe)
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for microbiological testing of process
water, microbiological testing of the environment and monitoring of dust
particles;
2. Responsible for the maintenance of the inspection
instrument used, the preparation and inspection of the reagents, and the
clearance operation;
3. Report the emergence of OOS to superiors and participate
in the investigation;
4. Cooperate with other departments to do the validation
work related to aseptic and microbe;
5. Cooperate with QA department in the monitoring of
sedimentation bacteria, plankton and surface microorganisms in clean areas;
Quality research engineer (biochemistry)
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for biochemical testing, 2 participate in
the preparation of documents such as intermediate products, product quality
standards and inspection standard operating procedures;
2. Finish product inspection according to the established
inspection method.
3. Assist the team members to complete the relevant
inspection tasks.
4. Understand the guiding principles of methodology
validation, write validation plans for biochemical analysis methods, conduct
verification experiments, and write validation reports;
Quality research engineer (physical and chemical)
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for physical and chemical testing, sampling
of daily pharmaceutical water, and management of standard solution and
titration solution;
2. Report the emergence of OOS to superiors and participate
in the investigation;
3. Cooperate with the test of water system verification,
cleaning validation, process verification and other verification samples;
4. Responsible for the maintenance of the inspection
instrument used, the preparation and inspection of the reagent, and the
clearance after inspection;
